My wife and I really wanted to like this place. The town was devastated by the flood. The restaurant has a ton of charm, and the menu sounded promising. I ordered the special burger medium rare. It came out well done, super dry. My wife ordered a pizza which included prosciutto. It came out with tomato in place of prosciutto. When we told the server, she brought out a replacement with prosciutto but the rest of the toppings were wrong. They offered me 30% off of a lousy burger. It's not a good look when you can't even receive the food as it was ordered.
Such a cool place! Awesome local beers on tap, excellent pizza and lots of entrees!!! Service was stellar and the portions are generous♡

Okay, I want to support small businesses, but my experience was awful. Maybe locals know how to play the system. Ordered takeout from the window, waited 20 minutes, told 5 minutes more, then after another 10 told there was a problem, 10 minutes later food came out. 45 minutes. For a burger. Took it to go to hotel, when I opened it up no ketchup for the fries, no napkin. One small leaf of lettuce. Oh, and don't bother with their online menu, first choice of eggplant parm doesn't exist, few other things as well.
I came here for a celebration and had a memorable time. The staff was attentive and we were a large group. The food was good and the price was better.

Normally the food is great here. Last night, our pizza pizza was missing the blue cheese crumble that my wife loves and was burned on the bottom on one side. We chalked it up to being busy, but it didn't seem that busy when I picked it up. The wings were good as usual. The service at the pick up window was short and and when I went back up to the window to ask for to go utensil and a side of ranch for my wings I got a disgusted look from the person working until she came over to the window and realized what I was there for and her attitude changed. Guess I expect more from an established business like this that changes the prices they do. We will go back eventually and hopefully it will be better.
